Dixie Oral, Maxillofacial, and Implant Surgery (DOMIS) offer patients in the Southern Utah area the surgical expertise of two well trained and experienced surgeons. Dr. Mizukawa and Dr. Dudley are both board certified oral and maxillofacial surgeons and have accumulated over 40 years of surgical experience. Their roots are in Utah, but their surgical training and experience reaches across the United States. Although they completed their residencies at different times, they both trained at Wilford Hall Medical Center, the United States Air Force’s largest Medical Center. Their careers in the USAF are a source of pride and critical to their breadth of experience and has provided an opportunity to operate with some of the leading authorities in oral and maxillofacial surgery. During their careers Dr. Mizukawa and Dr. Dudley have had hospital based and teaching oriented practices in medical centers, which has further expanded their skills and knowledge. They enjoy a tremendous working relationship, allowing them to provide a team approach to the care of their patients. They recognize the value in being able to consult with one another in the office and uniting in the operating room to provide the highest quality of surgical care.

DOMIS takes great pride in the members of its staff. The front office personnel have many years of experience. They are dedicated to patient care and focused on making the patient’s experience at DOMIS as easy and pleasant as possible. Their responsiveness, friendly attitude, and knowledge are a hallmark of the attention patients receive at DOMIS. The surgical assistants at DOMIS are equally as talented as the front office staff. They are trained, experienced and centered on the safety of our patients. They have extensive training in surgical assisting including operating room assisting. Their training in IV sedation, general anesthesia and airway management helps insure the highest quality of care for each patient.
