Dr. John H. Mizukawa

Dr. John H. Mizukawa was born and reared in Utah. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle, Washington. His Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency was completed at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas which serves as a world referral center for the United States Air Force. While practicing for ten years in Maryland near Washington, D. C., he taught in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Department of Occlusion at Georgetown University School of Dentistry and the Georgetown University Hospital. During those years he lectured at four dental schools and the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda Naval Hospital, Walter Reed Army Hospital, George Washington University Hospital and numerous study clubs. Collectively, he and Dr. Dudley have over forty years of experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, both in teaching and clinical practice.

Dr. Mizukawa is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, and Southern Utah District Dental Society. Dr. Mizukawa is very active in family, church, and civic activities. He and his wife, Elaine, are the parents of six wonderful children and twelve marvelous grandchildren. He currently serves as president of the Southern Utah Heritage Choir and on the board for the Celebrity Concert Series over which he has presided. His hobbies include the cultural arts (especially singing with the Southern Utah Heritage Choir), sports (especially golf), the Brigham Young University Cougars, and, of course, his family. He is delighted to be living in scenic southern Utah.




Dr. Wayne H. Dudley

Dr. Wayne H. Dudley is a board certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon and a partner at Dixie Oral, Maxillofacial, and Implant Surgery in St. George, Utah. He provides a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery care. He served for 22 years in the United States Air Force as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon, retiring at the rank of Colonel. His last assignment in the Air Force was at Nellis AFB, NV where he served as Chairman of the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Mike O'Callaghan Federal Hospital. He has been actively involved in education throughout his career, teaching in Advanced Education in Dentistry programs and has lectured extensively on a variety of surgical topics.

Dr. Dudley hails from Heber City, Utah. He attended Utah State University earning a B.S. degree with a major in biology. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from University of Washington School of Dentistry. Upon graduation from dental school he entered the Air Force and completed a General Practice Residency at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. He was trained in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland AFB. He earned his board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Dudley currently is on staff at Dixie Regional Medical Center and holds membership in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, Southern Utah Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Air Force Society of Clinical Surgeons, and Omicron Kappa Upsilon. Dr. Wayne H. Dudley is married to Rebecca (Becki) J. Dudley. They have three children; Justin, Megan, and Ryan. They currently reside in Washington, Utah and are thrilled to be part of the Southern Utah community.
